When you choose CA Dental Wellness, you can trust that we will partner with you on your journey to better health.
During your initial visit, you’ll begin to experience the "Wellness Dentistry Difference."
Office Tour
- As you tour our office, you’ll notice features that reflect our commitment to your overall health and well-being.
- We use hospital-grade air purifiers from Surgically Clean Air, installed throughout our ceiling system, to maintain low-toxin, high-quality indoor air.
- You’ll also see a clean air quality sensor on our counter—because clean air is not just important, it's essential to us.
Screening Technology
- One of the first technologies you’ll encounter is our phase contrast microscope, which we use to screen for biofilm and assess oral health at the microbial level.
Comprehensive Diagnostic Exam
During your first visit, we perform a full-spectrum diagnostic evaluation, which includes:
- 3D intraoral scanning for a complete digital view of your mouth
- Biofilm screening using our phase contrast microscope to detect levels of pathogen activity
- Intraoral and facial photography
- Oral cancer screening
- Full dental charting of teeth, gum condition, and overall oral health
- TMJ evaluation, including muscle palpation, range of motion, and analysis of facial asymmetry
- Breathing and airway assessment, including tongue posture, Mallampati classification, and possible indicators of sleep apnea
Possible Additional Testing
Based on your results, the doctor may recommend further testing such as:
- Salivary pathogen testing, if microscope screening suggests high infection levels
- CBCT (Cone Beam CT Scan) to detect hidden infections in the jaw, root canals, or to evaluate sinus health
- Biocompatibility testing, either through lab samples or meridian-based assessment
Consultation with Dr. Indah
Your second visit begins with a one-on-one consultation with Dr. Indah, where we focus on education, transparency, and collaborative planning for your care.
a. Review of Findings
Dr. Indah will walk you through your results to help you understand the connections between oral and overall health, including:
- The link between dental infections and systemic disease
- Understanding mercury and heavy metal toxicity
- The importance of airway health and structural balance
b. Visual Review of Images
We’ll go over your CBCT scans, intraoral photos, and other visuals so you can see any areas of concern for yourself. This helps you make informed decisions about your care.
c. Customized Treatment Planning
Together, we’ll create a personalized, phased treatment plan tailored to your unique health needs and goals. Treatment options may include:

Options such as zirconia implants and ceramic crowns for biocompatible, aesthetic results. - Infection Management

Referral to specialists for myofunctional therapy, ALF (Advanced Lightwire Functionals), or sleep studies. - TMJ Therapy
Including orthotic devices and cranial release techniques to restore jaw balance and comfort. - Detox Support
